LIMITTED WARRANTY:

For one (1) year from the date of the Customer Work Agreement
& Job Invoice, Man-Handy-Man will repair defects in workmanship
for work performed under such agreement.  This warranty becomes
effective when payment in full has been received by
and credited to Man-Handy-Man.

This warranty does not apply to materials warranted by the
manufacturer or supplied by the customer or other third party. 
This warranty is void if the customer or any third party modifies,
in any way, the original work performed by Man-Handy-Man. 
Man-Handy-Man provides our best effort for all work performed. 
However, we will exclude certain repairs from its warranty,
including but not limited to: roof repairs and leaks. Material
selections relative to color, type, texture and style are
the sole responsibility of the customer. Man-Handy-Man
is a division of MSP Enterprises, LLC.
